Q) How many discs are included in the “Progressive Sales Process” sales training program?

A) The sales training program includes two DVDs, two CDs and a Workbook on CD.

 

Q) What do I do if I am having problems receiving the Sales Success Tracker?

A) Please feel free to contact us by E. Mail at admin@nationalsalescenter.com. Please allow 48 hours for a response.

Q) What guarantee do you give on Downloads?

A) We guarantee they will be received.

 

DISC PROBLEMS AND FORMATS

Q) Can I return a defective disc?

A) Our discs are of the highest quality and we guarantee their performance. In the unlikely event you receive a defective disc, return it and we will promptly send you a replacement.

Customers agree to hold the National Sales Center harmless in the event any DVDs, CDs or Downloaded Content harms any devices used to play the media.

 

Q) What format was used to record the DVDs?

A) The DVDs are NTSC formatted. In the unlikely event you require PAL formatting, please contact us at admin@nationalsalescenter.com and we will special order PAL formatting at no additional charge. At this time, we can not special order SECAM formatting.

 

Q) Are Downloads from the National Sales Center guaranteed?

A) No

Q) What do I do if there is an error on my credit card charges?

A) Please contact us by E. Mail at admin@nationalsalescenter.com and we will promptly address any concerns that you might have on your credit card.

 

Q) Can I pay by check if I don’t have a credit card?

A)No but do accept PayPal.

Q) What is the best way to contact the National Sales Center?

A) Please feel free to contact us by E. Mail at admin@nationalsalescenter.com. Please allow 48 hours for a response.

 

Q) How soon after I place my order will I receive the sales training program?

A) You should expect to receive your CD or DVD order in one to three weeks after processing your order. In the event that you do not receive your DVD / CD within three weeks, please contact us immediately via E. Mail at admin@nationalsalescenter.com. The same is true if you did not receive your Downloads in 24 hours after placing your order.

 

Q) Where are the sales training CD/DVD programs shipped from?

A) San Diego, California

 

Q) Can you ship your training programs to other countries besides the United States and Canada?

A) Yes; however, there are an additional shipping costs and a longer period to receive the products. Please also read Q) What format was used to record the DVDs?
